Madison Commons appears to be a nice place to live until you move in. You can t even go down to the pool in this complex because of all the drug dealers that hang out there. Aside from the drugs we have little hellions running around outside day and night with no supervision. People from around the whole town come here to use the pool, you ll see van loads of people just dropping kids off and leaving. It s unsafe to walk from your car to your door at night because of the shady people that associate outside at night. The maintenance guy will just walk into your apartment no knock, call, or appointment. The staff is under educated and not professional at all. On the website they say to have a security gate, HA It hasn t been down since I ve lived here which is about six months, even if they did put it down; it s just a yellow piece of plastic. My advice to anyone looking to move here is DON T.

I completely agree with you and I wish they would do something to make the respectful tenants feel more at home and safe, I seriously think they should do background checks on everyone they let in and start evicting these idiots who make everyday life difficult for the rest of us.

im turning this place in to the police dept to crack down on the hoodlums or trash that are hanging out there. theres no reason for that, its uncalled for! and the gate......needs to work cuz its a reason people rent there. i will turn them in too. this is insane! beautiful apts........dont let it get ruined!
