I am a 3 year resident here, but I won't be a fourth. Don't be fooled by the sudden "changes" Madison Commons has made here, which took pulling teeth to get those. They've newly painted the parking lot and units, but you can put glitter on a turd and it's still a turd. They just let in whoever has the money at that time and we the good residents, who want peace and quiet in our damn homes are left to deal with these idiot rejects that blast their friggin' music at all hours of the night, and oh let's not forget the gang of juveniles who think it's the best thing in the world to sit on the transformers in the yard all day and stare at people as they go in and out of their places, like it's a friggin' block or something.

Playing and skating in the parking lot, leaving trash all over. And it's not just the kids, it's their trashy ass parents, black, white, orange, and blue. they are all here and they are all good reason to leave this hellhole or never even move in if your smart. They don't stick to any rules here, except of course the one that says if you don't pay your rent you can get the f**k out, or deal with a bunch of ---- and pay us a damn 100.00 late fee!! RIDICULOUS!

They say they have a "security gate" and a "courtesy officer" Pshhhh! give me a break, that gate has NEVER worked, and I have never seen the cops out here when they haven't been called for domestic disturbance, drunken kids fighting in the parking lot, and drug deals/busts, etc.

I don't even feel safe walking around with my son or even taking my dogs further than the end of our side walk and back, which is like 20 feet. This place is not where you want your kids, hell you wouldn't want your ex-husband living here! MADISON COMMONS SUCKS, THE STAFF IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNWILLING(GOOD LUCK GETTING ANYTHING DONE, OR DONE RIGHT) AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PIECE OF S**T PLACE TO ANYONE. **I should add that the ONLY reason I am still here is pure convenience, Yes they are cheaper becasue they are income controlled BUT THEY RAISE it just to the point to where it's stretching it each month and with the late fees its ridiculous. You don't pay by the third, then bam 100.00 late fee. I AM moving out this year, possibly even downgrading to a smaller place for now which is MORE than fine. I would rather live in one room hut than continue here, it's just going to get worse and worse, I plan on writing letters to corporate headquarters and informing them of this deteriorating situation here.
