I moved in in July I thought this would be a nice place to live, first of all the living rooms are extremely small you can barely fit a love seat and a chair in it!!! When I moved in the appartment was supposed to be "clean" it took me days to clean the apartment it was FILTHY. There are bugs that swarm the door ways and nothing is to be done about it. I complained and the property manager asked me what I expected her to do about it. Now about the property manager Gloria it is probably the most negative and nasty person I have ever met. If you go in with anything it doesn't matter what she gets deffinsive and very ugly and refuses to do anything about it. When I moved there was a problem with the flooring I didn't want it fixed I just wanted it noted on the file so when I left I wasn't responsible she very quickly told me she would do nothing to fix the problem. When I stated that wasn't why I was in she told me to leave. I have had similar problems with her. Asked for her supervisors name and told I didn't need it ther was nothing I could. Now the assistant manager I think she is a doll I think she genuinely cares about the tenants and there problems. Half of the maintenance department is good the other half is very lacking.
