we were looking at this as a potential apartment option when we decided to move from lindsey terrace apt. Over the phone the girl we made an appointment with seemed really nice and ready to help. When we showed up however we met "gloria". The lady everyone is talking about here in these reviews. She is not the person I would hire to represent my apartment complex if I was the owner, I will say that. She has not one ounce of professionalism in her AT ALL!

When we arrived, we were actually eager to see the apartments because several years ago we had viewed them and they were actually pretty nice. However they have become very run down since then. This lady had Gold fronts and acted like we were at her house hanging out or something. When we went to go see the apartment she got a call on her cell phone...which she answered.....she insisted we take our own vehicle to view the apartment because she could not get us all on the cart...the same cart that the other 10 complexes had, that we all rode on and fit fine. I am assuming she just wanted to finish her conversation in private on her cell phone. When we got to the apartment she walked in (while still on her cell phone) and left us outside. By the time we got in there she was finishing up her call and gave us a very quick and to the point view of the apartment, it was almost rushed, I felt like I really needed to hurry and view it and get out. Needless to say we decided NOT to rent there. It has become the ghetto of 220 sadly :-( I believe if you start with a staff that represent themselves while on the clock as gheto a from the hood then how can you expect anything but that to move in''' Madison commons needs to seriously reconsider there employment choices.

doesn't surprise me, Gloria is lucky to be coherent most of the time, and Sabrina the gold front girl is really one of those people who is day to day whether they are in a decent mood or not. You are smart for not moving in, it's getting worse and worse by the day. I have been lucky to never have anything happen to me and my family but it doesn't mean i haven't seen things. My new neighbors on their 2nd day of being here had a domestic dispute, guy was beating on a girl while holding her baby. These same neighbors bump their terrible rap beats till 4 in the morning almost every single night, and that's the same wall my baby's crib is on. Those neighbors wouldn't even be here if they did background checks like they should have. Madison Commons is a complete ---- hole and anyone reading this or any of these comments should be more than warned, and if you live here, how bout taking some time and letting the idiots who own this place, Riverstone Residential Group, have a piece of your mind: http://www.riverstoneres.com/Apartments/module/custom_pages

I don't agree with this comment. Gloria and Sabrina has been nothing but awesome to me.everytime i go into the front office i always get treated with the up most respect.

This last review talking about both Gloria & Sebrina being nothing but Professional, Awesome, And all that good stuff; While it "(MAY) be true, More likely than not, This review probably was written by either one of these two ladie's, lol.... I mean "why" would all these other tenant's be making all this up, Perhap's they don't have anything better to do with their time, I don't know; Just highly unlikely, That's all....
