If you have a bedroom near the stairwell, good luck. You will hear everything in the hallway and everyone running up and down the stairs. The walls are very thin. It was miserable to live here. And the staff did not do much to notify other residents to keep the noise down. And parking is a disaster! Not enough spaces for even one person per unit! There were a lot of robberies at the time that my family lived there; make sure to have an alarm system.
