I am an ownwer of one of the condos and live in my unit. I am also a realtor. I have looked at many different places with clients and cannot think of a nicer place to rent. If I did not own, I would have come to Aventine to rent. The development is nice, they just changed the ground keepers and this new one is doing a great job. It is one of the very few in the area with garages attached directly to your condo as in a townhouse. They are also well designed and spacious.You can rent from a private condo owner or from the leasing section. Cables, internet, alarm and valet trash pick up are all included besides the 2 pools, gym, tennis.
If they can manage to control tailgaters, it will be great. Hopefully, that will be soon.
