Let me tell you something about their so called "Total Commitment to Better Living", more like move in and have a "Total Commitment to a living hell". The gangbangers that sleep at the gym everynight, have sex in the bathrooms and leaving condumns everywhere. The maintenance staff that wants to sleep in their apartments all day and give you attitude when you ask them for a simple work order. You better not rent sight unseen, I made that mistake and moved into a flea infested unit. Then, when I moved in, they didnt believe me that I had fleas (I dont even own a pet).
Do not, I repeat do not move to this community. Please you have to listen to me.

I believe this person is commenting about another community. We have not had any incident as they are claiming. Our Recreational Building is closed every night at 11:00pm. A staff member monitors the gym nightly prior to locking up and there has never been any kind of incident as the one noted. Additionally we hold complimentary Fitness classes in the gym twice a week and again have never had any incident as the ones described. You contact the City of Miramar Police to ask about the types of calls, if any occur at our community. As for the Maintenance, our maintenance employees have over 30 years of tenure with our company and have never had an issue as the one described either. We take pride in our property appearance as you can see when you visit Windsor at Miramar and our service to our customers. Our maintenance department is one of the best. As far as the fleas are concerned, you can check our Pest Control log to find that there has not been a flea incident in the last 12 months. If a resident did have fleas we would definitely take care of it for them. If you truly are a resident of Windsor at Miramar you can contact me at the office and discuss any other issues you might be having, because your complaints are without merit and perhaps there was some type of action taken against your for nonpayment of rent or violation of your lease, and perhaps you are using this medium to try to make a point. Manager is right. lived at windsor for 7 months and I think is very nice place . I??ve heard about carjackings but happens everywhere sometimes.

Wow, I'm looking for apartments to rent and the response from that manager was a deal breaker. I am appauled by the unprofessionalism, the defensiveness, the accussatory sounding response given to the alleged tenant voicing his/her opinions. Not only did the manager not apologize or offer to look into such matters, he/she insulted and accused the writer. Whether the author was a tennant or not, one must conduct themselves professionally when representing an organization. Also, he/she should try to exude courtesy and a bit of concern. I can unequivically say that I would not rent an apartment from such a rude and unprofessional sounding person. Instead of representing your organization as a place focused on customer service and professsionalism, you just made yourself seem to be the absolute opposite. Not only did you openly call this person a blatant liar by stating that their concerns, as a possible tenant, were without merit but you also absolutely insulted them. Because you probably have little education, I would highly suggest that you take a business class at Broward Community College, at least. I will not rent from you, and I will be sure to pass on the attitude you seem to embrace in regards to tennant complaints. Also, in addition to a business class, you may also benefit from an ettiquette class as well. As a business person myself, I hope that you are somehow reprimanded for your actions. You are a poor manager and an even poorer representative of the organization that made the mistake of hiring you. Regards.

I am a past resident and can give some merit to the accusations above. Actually, the CONDOMS that were being left in the rec complex is what forced the managers to start closing it. After we moved in the gym was 24 hours, but management had problems with "outsiders" using it after hours which prompted them to close it at 11pm.
