I have never been to a property where everything works. The gate, the amenities, and inside the apartments. Soon as I put in a service request it is fixed in ours. And the gate is always working. When it brakes, it is fixed in no time! The staff is great, they really cator to what you ask, and tell you how it is, and you get your deposit back. When it comes to shopping for a home you consider price, quality, and customer service. But here I choice to sacrifice price to live in a quit, clean, and a good neighbor community... I would say more, but I would not live anywhere else in Miramar or in Pembroke Pines.
