I would like to salute the warm, courteous, and professional staff at Windsor @ Miramar for their wonderful and excellent commitment to me and to the residents that reside in this community.

I have been a resident since July of 2004, and have recently decided to renew my lease. I have lived in several communities in Pembroke Pines/Miramar area, and this by far, has been the best community I have had the pleasure to live in. Many communities promote their services as "The Best". The Windsor community staff lives up to that promise and beyond (Their Landscaping and upkeep is Awesome).

Their friendly and always courteous staff are always ready to help in any way with any questions or concerns I may have. They accept packages which makes it very helpful for me since I not always home to receive them. They offer refreshments and bakery goods at the leasing office, which by the way is tastefully designed and always immaculate.

The Pool area is beautiful, big, well supervised and always always clean. The maintenance staff is the best I have seen in keeping this community sparkling the way it does on a daily basis.
The gym and business center are always in top condition. You need to check out their business center, super nice and comfortable. The entry gates are always in working order. And in the rare occasions they attention, they are back in working order quickly . Their trash location is located in a perfect location, away from apartments and always clean and organized. They actually wash the area everyday. That's service.

Another testimony to their excellence: after Hurricane Wilma swept through here, this community spared no expense or time in bringing this communities landscaping beauty back to what it was before the hurricane. They addressed issues and situations that arose from the hurricane quickly. I had a situation with a neighbor playing music at 8:00 am in the morning, one call to the office and that situation was resolved. I had a non-working electrical outlet, one call and maintenance fixed the outlet by end of day. This is customer service. Their maintenance staff is very professional and friendly. I like the fact that the maintenance core staff has been the same since my time here, that says alot to me about management at Windsor.

Lastly, the management and staff are great. Very friendly and so approachable. They were very helpful and considerate to me when I had a personal dilemma to deal with. They went out of their way to help me. They could have easily given me a professional response according to the lease provisions stated, but they choose instead to show compassion and understanding and worked with me to resolve my issue. This is the major reason why I decided to renew my lease. I would venture to say, I probably wouldn't have found that type of commitment or thoughtfulness from any another community. That's caring for your community. A heartfelt thanks to the staff at the Windsor at Miramar leasing office.

MY SUGGESTION: IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A BEAUTIFUL, WELL KEPT, SAFE LOCATION, AND A STAFF COMMITTED TO EXCELLENCE, LOOK NO FURTHER THAN WINDSOR AT MIRAMAR. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.
