The Manager is Right

I had the pleasure of living at Windsor at Miramar. When the Property Manager, Amor Sierra called me this weekend to ask that I write a review of my experience when I moved out, I was more than happy to do so. Had I known this website was available I would've done previously. We moved into the property and after a few months my husband and I decided to buy a house. At first we weren't sure of what to do. We went to the office to let them know of our intentions and they treated us well beyond our expectations. Not only did they advise us on what to do and how to give our notice. They explained clearly what the lease agreement said and what the laws were. They let us know that if we broke the lease we would be responsible until the next renter moved into our apartment. Throughout the whole time leading up to the day of our move the office staff was more than professional with us. They continued to give us great service. What this person is posting is clearly an attack on this community that is a total lie. On the day that I moved out I was teary eyed leaving. It was bitter sweet. On that day they still had not been able to rent the apartment I was living in. So I paid a month's rent as a penalty. On the next day, it had not even been 24 hours since I left. I received a call from the Assistant Manager, Daphna Machado telling me the good news that my apartment had just been rented. She told me that she still had my check in the office and asked me to come and pick up and just leave a new one for the amount of the 5 days that there would be nobody living in the apartment. I am proof that they are professional. This was more than I expected. My name is Ehtel and if you want to email me and ask me for any more specifics, please feel free to do so. I do not have to hide under an anonymous posting full of lies. The Manager is right when she says that the chances of 2 people being upset with them on the same day are very rare. I would that that has to be impossible. If you are planning on renting anywhere in Miramar. Please, Please, Please go to Windsor at Miramar. You will not be sorry. Thank you. Ethel a former tenant of Windsor at Miramar. The best place I have ever lived.
