THIS PLACE IS DISCUSTING, AGONIZING, AND CUNNIVING. STAFF ALL LIES AND PRETENDS TO BE FRIENDLY. RUDE AND FUSSY NIEGHBORS THAT MAKE COMMENTS ON WHAT YOU HAVE. EVERYONE KNOWS YOUR BUSINESS. REALLY RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS MANAGEMENT IN THEIR. MY BEST PART OF THE WHOLE THING IN THIS COMPLEX IS LEAVING IT. SAD BUT TRUE! I DONT RECOMMEND IT TO NO ONE. THIS PLACE CAN DESTROY YOUR REPUTATION OF BEING A HUMAN CAUSE THEY CAN TURN YOU IN TO A GREEN GIANT MONSTER. THEIR SOLUTION TO EVERYTHING IS "OK WE WILL TAKE CARE OF IT". ITS TRUE RUN OUT BEFORE YOU SIGN A LEASE IT CAN GET UGLY IN THEIR. THANK GOD FOR ME IS ALL OVER BUT WHAT A STRUGGLE TO LIVE IN THEIR!

P.S. PARKING IS CRAMPED WITH NEIGHBORS CARS!

This posting is nothing but lies! I needed to relocate out of state for work and ended up breaking my lease in April of this year. My experience with the staff was the best, both as a current and former tenant. I have nothing but great things to say about the entire staff & if I ever return to South Florida would not hesitate to rent there. Whoever posted this is obviously a very disturbed individual who would not be content in any living situation.

It seems like there is some subjectivity here, true, but could a place that rate so high in terms of everything else like Maintenance, Safety, etc - all of a sudden really be a 1? Does a staff problem make a Parking issue a 1, or Grounds a 1 - someone must not be truly objective here.

Why is it that so many postings in response to negative comments start of with "This posting is nothing but lies!"? It seems that staff members are responding to tenant complaints by calling them liars. This seems highly unethical. Maybe you should spend more time resolving your problems rather than trying to defend them by calling people liars!!!! I am so highly frustrated. I cannot imagine living at your community and having to deal with you people! Ahhhhh!
