AMOR SIERRA was the most obnoxious rude and unfair person I have ever dealt with. I lived in this community for almost 2 years. When I applied for the apartment I was told BY ONE OF HER STAFF MEMBERS to NOT put my husband on the lease because his credit was not strong enough to be approved. So i agreed when he assured me it was fine. We moved in. I became friendly with all of the neighbors and most of the maintenence team. During the hurricanes my husband helped the older people around the community put up shutters and came home with bleeding hands. We passed out pizza and water to the maintenence people when we were 3 days without power and I had play dates at the playground with other moms. THIS PLACE WAS HEAVEN! We moved in during construction of townhomes behind the complex so we were given a discounted rate 1,150.00 per month. the apartment was up to 1,450.00 after construction was finished but because i moved in to such low rate my rent went up only slightly. Then i recieved the notice.

There was an EMPTY unlocked storage closet next to my front door. It had been unoccupied and empty for over a year. I came home from the pool with the kids (4 and 5 years old) and i decided that we woulld go back in the morning and Id just leave the floats in the closet.

About a week later i recieved notice from AMOR. it was a list. a loooooong list. i had to remove the floats from the unit.. ok.
i had an unauthorized dog that i needed to leave a deposit for. fine.
and i had to remove the unathorized tenant within a weeks time.or pay 1200.00 dollars additional to our security deposit which we already paid 1150 to. WHAT!'!'!

I call Amor and explain to her that 2 years ago her staff member told me not to add him and she proceded to tell me NASTILY that if he wasnt out the sheriff would be there to put us all out. or we can pay the 750 for the dog the additional 1200 for my husband and this was days after i paid my rent of 1150.
WOW. 2 YEARS. and this. wow.

I procede to tell her that we did not have thousands laying around and could not afford this and rather then working something out with a tenant that has lived for 2 years in her complex with no problems, we would all have to leave. and that night and for the next 3 nights golf carts (past leasing office hours) would drive to my property and AMOR (at least on one of the occasions) with a flashlight looked into my windows to see if we were packing. it turned into the windsor mafia.

After 2 years Im being strong armed out. With 2 small children. we left and we made sure the dog left a little present for her in that apartment.

Now the most amazing part of the story. that dog that was listed as a problem had been there for over a year and SHE and her staff helped me hand out flyers on 3 different occasions when he was lost. That "unathorized tennant" that her staff TOLD ME NOT TO ADD TO MY LEASE she knew him by his first and last name and chatted with him every month when he WALKED IN AND PAID THE RENT. Not to mention everytime i went they asked me how my husband was.

TO END THE STORY. MY RENT WAS A LITTLE TOO LOW FOR AN APARTMENT THAT THEY COULD GET 300 MORE DOLLARS A MONTH FOR AND THEY WENT IN FOR A KILL.

paid rent jan 1st. letter recieved the 11th i ran out scared by the 15th. (thinking i better hurry before AMOR'S SHERIFF CAME TO GET ME)
the complex is wonderful the maintenence crew was amazing AMOR WHO RUNS THE SHOW IS A TOTAL ----.

p.s. i have a broken lease on my credit now. A-MAZING.

WOW!!! Thats pretty bad! I noticed theirs nothing but constant complaints about this place. Amor should get this place act straight. I personally think that after living their for 2 years its not right to be treated like communism. Not everything should be solved with authorities. Im just discusted on how the developement is being runned. I dont think its a safe place to live if issues like above are happening.

Well both of you obviously do not know Amor. What this person has posted above are lies. To nothingbutkindness: The only people that have complained on this website (2 in 1 year) seem to be people that aren't paying their rent or not abiding by the contract. I would not say that is constant. Read the reviews and you will see. It's not constant complaints. You're obviously someone who has posted before. You probably received the same email in your inbox like I did notifying of a new review. You're probably the other complainer on the site. All the complainers hung in there for years. If it was so bad they would've left after the first year. I love living here. It is the best community in all of Miramar and Pembroke Pines. Amor and the entire office staff are extremely caring. Go there for yourself and you will see. Lies. Nothing but lies.

Amor u are still obviously out of your mind. SKIPPED OUT?!?! You ran me out. My lease was up in march. I didnt make it to february because of all the comments made by you about sherrifs coming. After 2 years and obviously an error on the leasing office's part the cordial thing to do was end my lease when it was over 2nd week of march. Not try and run us out 2 months early. Matt who worked FOR YOU.. who wrote my lease.. purposely kept my husband off. If I was trying to pull something or violate my lease he wouldnt have paraded in there to pay the rent and pick up air filters. The community is a great place like i said. but you. HAVE MAJOR MAJOR ISSUES. This wouldnt have been such a big deal i would have gladly chummed it up as a bad situation with an UNREASONABLE LADY... but the fact was I had 2 small children and you gave us no time. That Amor is the problem. You clearly are unreasonable and the way you seem to rebuttle when people have complaints about you or your place shows. There are issues over there. mainly... YOU.

The truth must be somewhere in the middle. I empathize with the lady with 2 small kids. She seemed to like the place, had issues with management.

Funny how CRodofunit111 called this woman a liar without "knowing" her. This is such a joke. That lady Amor sounds like such a btch. I'm not renting from this place. I'm reading the reviews to see what this place is like and most of them sound like they've been written by staff members, including CRodo. I think I'll move on now, because quite frankly, I'm a little annoyed with this whole situation.

I don't know why these people keep pulling a fast one on us renters. Why hasn't Amor been FIRED or SUED for harassment. I don't get you guys, it seems too much of a he said she said situation. Also, the liars comment is not needed obviously someone on the inside got bothered and wanted to clean up some mess. Yet there's just too many holes in the story, why wouldn't anyone press charges of harassment?

I dont know if I would call her crazy, but I would call her rude. I had problems with Amor right before my lease was up! I was so happy not to have to deal with her anymore. And as far as her riding a golf cart around, she will tell you that she does that!!
