I have lived at this property for five years and I have not seen any rat droppings. I have seen duck droppings but I have also seen the maintenance staff cleaning it up all the time. This is south Florida.

Are you maitenance or do you live in the front were it must stay beautiful in order to sale. I do not think ducks waddle to the 3rd floor and poop on the railings. Oh, this is south florida, a excellent way to justify. So, what clean the feces do not leave it there or why don't you volunteer.

I moved into this community a few months ago and also have never seen rat droppings. I don't even think rats live in South Florida (likely get eaten by bigger lizards). I mean of all things to complain about (for example, the bedroom walls are a tad too thin for my liking), rat droppings is not even on the list. Were you evicted and just trying to get back at the staff? Seriously, complaints about rat droppings is just a bold faced lie.

How can you say there are no rats in South Florida? I see them around the pool and playground all the time. It's not b/c Windsor is dirty, it's b/c they are anywhere that is close to water. If you walk around the property in the evening you will see them once in a while. Two weeks ago, I helped my neighbor get one out of her apartment. She and her children leave her patio door open all day and inevitably she gets a rat once in a while. I agree that Windsor is one of the nicest places to live around here and you will never have rats in your apartment unless you leave your door open, but to say there are no rats in South Florida is crazy. I've lived all over the country and never seen as many rats as around here.

Thank you, there are still truthful people on this earth. I mean to pay so much for rent, all tenants deserve the right to a clean living area, especially outside in front of your door or on every other step. Just do your job Windsor just as I pay my rent on time.
