I Love Living Here!!! I've been living @ Solano for just a couple of months now & ever since I moved in, it has been a pure pleasure.
Everything is very well maintained & when/if you have a minor problem you call the office & they put a work order in. The repairs are done in a good matter

Don't plan on having guests without the threat of having their vehicle towed Without an extra parking permit for $50 upfront and $50 per month, overnight guest parking is not permitted without the threat of being towed or having a boot lock installed on their wheel. I guess we are expected

Townhouse Tenant I have been a tenant of Solano from the time they opened the townhouse side, It is a nice neighborhood and is conveniently located to major highways, shops and restaurants. The management and maintenance staff are very nice and resolve any requests quickly.
