I have lived at Eudora Groves for 8 years and I have enjoyed my time here. I am an older lady and I love that fact that my apartment has a ramp to access my home. I have read some of the other reviews and I disagree...the new manager and Yaya are very sweet and have assisted me personally while I have been in and out of the hospital. Also it seems to me that the manager is getting rid of some of the bad residents and the complex is looking much more beautiful. I recommend these apartments if you are on a fixed income or are looking for a nice quiet place to call home.
