I have lived here for just a couple of months, and am not impressed with the apartments, nor the staff. When issues are mentioned, the staff tries to make me feel like they are listening, and that they care, but nothing gets fixed properly.
Lighting fixtures don't work properly, A/C units are out-dated and grow mold/mildew inside them, roof leaks, storm door has been broken since we moved in, still not replaced.
Floors are old and need to be replaced. There are dips throughout the apartment. I can feel the neighbors walk across the floor of their apartment.
The maintenance "team" consists of 2 men, who are in over their heads with repairs.
