Mold mildew and lack of concern for residents

I have the same issues there is mold in my wall my bath tub has a huge gap full of mold between the tub and the wall! My a/c is very old which makes my power bill very high and its always leaking water onto my carpet which has caused more mold so bad you can smell it and Im getting sick. terrible they should not be allowed to rent apartments like this!
