I am the Property Manager of Eudora Grove and I would like to inform those who read these reviews to understand that the last few postings on this site were created by an angry ex-employee. This employee is currently working at a competitor property and she will do anything she can to lease up her new property. If you ask our residents they will tell you that they enjoy living at Eudora Grove and that the team on-site is very responsive to maintenance calls. In addition we treat all of our residents with respect. In my opinion we must be doing a fine job because we currently have the highest occupancy in Lake County. In addition most of our residents are long term residents that have no problem renewing there lease. My suggestion is to visit the property for yourself and make your own determination.
