I would not recommend Spring Harbor Apartments to anyone. The kids are unruly and the management is not fair. I know of a couple who were almost $1000.00 behind on their rent and the manager let it go and LOWERED the rent by $100.00. The woman who lived there moved out for a few weeks and now

I agree completely with the previos Yes, there is ALWAYS too much trash pilled outside the dumpster, oh and by the way, they post a note saying there is a "fee for leaving your beags outside the dumpster" yea well, here's a thought, you need to HAVE IT PICKED UP
