I loved living here... - I lived in Bristol Lakes for almost 2 years and i thoroughly enjoyed it. we moved here from a "not-so-good" area, and it was just the change we needed. the ONLY reason we are leaving is because my husband found a different job in another area. Mold mildew and lack of concern for residents I have the same issues there is mold in my wall my bath tub has a huge gap full of mold between the tub and the wall! My a/c is very old which makes my power bill very high and its always leaking water onto my carpet which has caused more mold so bad

would not recommend Not the best of apartments, in this area. The rent is to high, staff's professionalism is at its least after you sign the lease. Unkept Grounds. Mold prolems. Alot of problems and nothing being done to stop or help them.

Not Recommended I have lived here for just a couple of months, and am not impressed with the apartments, nor the staff. When issues are mentioned, the staff tries to make me feel like they are listening, and that they care, but nothing gets fixed properly.

Terrible I have lived here for almost a yr when I moved in I loved it. The price was right the office staff made sure everything was taken care of in June they left and were replaced by rude coniving people who just want to keep a lease but dont know how to keep us happy we have mold that hasnt
