Nice Apartments, Good Maintenance, OK Staff - I lived in River Park for almost 2 years. The apartments are nice, very clean, and the maintenance staff is great. Maintenance always comes quickly, but not necessarily when they say they will. Sometimes they would show up unannounced to fix something, which is nice, but not if you are on your way out the door.
