I've only been in the apartment now for barely a month and it's been a nightmare sense the day I moved in. They moved me into an apartment that wasn't ready to be moved into cause it was filthy and full of roaches which by the way I'm still trying to get rid of. Are fire alarms didn't even work when we moved in which I could have turned them in for that and on top of them not working they weren't fixed till days afterwards. Thank god there wasn't a fire. On top of all that and more that I haven't even mentioned they towed my car today and let me tell ya I was pissed off cause they had no right and they so did not want to do that cause I'm fighting it and trust me in the end there not gonna like me although at this point they probably already don't like me and you know what thats okay cause I could care less but I do know that my car was towed due to the fact that they don't like me and I will prove it. I would not recommend moving here and I'm being serious I wish I had known about this sight before I had moved in there cause I wouldn't have and by me writing this I'm just hoping to save people alot of hassle that they don't need to put themselves through. I'm stuck for a year in this place don't make that same mistake. Ya know what though I may be stuck here for a year but that just means they have to put up with me for a year and I will be in that office everyday you watch.

I have a freind that lives in Arbor and she has the same nightmare stories. Mostly -------- and over occupancy and baby diapers in the halls up...teens smoking blunts on the swings , breeze-ways and More Roaches and seedy -------- afterdark , she did say that if you needs weed , just has to go to the playground and the little kids will go run and get it for a few dollars for you. She has ben there for six months and she said that her neighbors had 13 people in a 2 bedroom right next door to a collier county deputy, who never came out of his apartment. I applied there and was turned down because of a felony driving offense but all the illegals in the county can live there 13-15 deep, have a parking lot party and a family get-together as well as roast a pig in the lot on a sunday and knife fight but you can't get your hot water fixed for three weeks... the Maintenance guy ate her cereal and looked at porn on her PC was while he was supposed to be fixing her garbage disposal, While she was at work!!!!!.

Most of this is true, but eating her cereal and looking at porn....YA RIGHT, I doubt that. I know what apartment had the 12 people in it.... That is the truth!!!!!!!! The owners do not care, I stress DO NOT CARE... They say it's better to have residents in there for the OWNERS/INVESTORS to look good than an empty apartment. In other words let anyone stay there, drug dealers, families of 12, roomates with 4 people to a bedroom, druggies, illegals, and it's ok, because the place looks full. Never mind the people that pay rent, and want safety or peace and quiet, screw them. They have to live with it. They will non renew paying residents because of a dog they have in thier apartment... But they will let a family of dealers, pigs, and pot smokers stay, GO FIGURE!!!!!!!!!!!
