There are low class acting kids everywhere, they hang in a swarm. I ve seen them throw the pool chaise chairs into the pool, they have broken things, they hang out in the parking lot, they pick on eachother, and have broken into the fitness room so now its only open til 5 and we cant use it because we dont get off work til then. The laundry room was broken into by these ------- kids so now we cant use the laundry facilities.
Us customers have a right to these amentities that are listed in the rental agreement, because of a few ------- kids us paying customers are getting punished. That is NOT RIGHT.
The pool is green, its never clean, there is garbage, dead hornets, leaves, and discoloration in the pool (major health HAZARD).
The maintenance guy is so rude you wish he would get fired. He is also an alcoholic and a bully to the renters.
Because these children are welfare acting fools, us renters are getting punished constantly.
As of right now, I am filing a health complaint with the department and this will be my 4th time calling the office to inquire about when things will change in regards to the gym, the laundry, and the pool..
Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere. This place is POORLY MANAGED.

Did the laundry facilities work when you moved in? If not, it hasn't been a laundry room for YEARS. I worked there, I know, Arbor View is a dump. The management and owners do not care about the residents, only thier wallets. I hate that place. Sounds like it got worse.
