Yes, the aparmtents are spacious, but that doens't account for the poor management or the poor maintance. The quality of appliances is very poor and poorly maintained. It takes about three weeks for anything to be fixed, and some things (like light fixtures) are completely rusted. There are some things that still aren't fixed, and they claim there is no way to get rid of the ants. That they will go away on their own, but that is not what the pest control companies have told me. I have also had my car backed into with no report from who did it. I paid 200 out of my own pocket to have it fixed.
Find somewhere else to live in Naples. Yes, they might be more expensive but believe me it's worth the price to avoid this nightmare.
