arbour walk is the loveliest alto old in comparison ...the appliances are a constant problem..but look out your window at the verdant growth...management use to be awesome as well as the grounds maintained so nice...that was some time ago truthfully...in all my rental history i've never seen such a large group of girls doing so dam little...but they are nice..the maintenance crew is nice too..but work' ..some do..some do a lot of nothing...its been years since our palms were maintained or our bare areas mulched..but hey look up front..new and red and fresh flowers every month...the pool and hot tub are a constant source of frustration..closed closed closed...i will remain...as i have thru many managements...and hope for better care...its better than those sparse new places in some ways...and i have high hopes...surely mgmt is due to turn over again
