The grounds are lush, but not well kept. The maintenance staff is very nice, changes staff alot, helpful & friendly. The office staff changes constantly so document conversations. The units are old and in need of removal of mold and mildew, termites & other bugs. Laundry facility is unkept. It's really sad because the location is great. However, the place is going down. In the managers efforts to FILL her quota, the sort of people you call your neighbors are not of the best scruples. Bottom line, look around, drive through at night, talk to current renters. Someone needs to come in and give the place a complete overhaul.
