Been here for almost a year, overall a nice place to live. The cable is not worth the money, get a dish! No High speed internet. The pool area is usually well taken care of, but should be open to adults earlier and later in the day. Too many unsupervised kids. Unfortunately, I'm beginning to feel like I'll need to learn spanish to live here soon!

If you want all white/caucasian you shouldn't live in South Florida you jerk. Move to Port Royal or better yet Kansas.

This is the United States, people who live here should not have to learn spanish in order to have an easy simple life unless they want to... nothing against any spanish speaking people, but you shouldn't call someone a jerk just because they let a little complaint out about needing to speak spanish in order to get by. Why should they have to speak spanish? You should know english if you're going to live here...
