GOOD: Nice office staff, plenty of parking, no crime that I have seen, most things fixed in timely manner.
BAD: Landscaping done when grass gets to 1 or more feet high.

Lakes are dirty.

Sugar ants that have to be watched like a hawk or they will take over......no other bugs however.
