Of course, they never would acknowledge they were turning condo til they changed the signs to The Oasis a few weeks ago.
They seem to be continuing to rent as renovations go on.
DO NOT RENT HERE! It is grossly overpriced for what you get, plus management does not care about your needs.
I've been here a year and a half, and they still have not fixed some things from when I moved in!
I pay 30 bucks a month for covered parking in a reserved spot, but frequently, other people park in my place-- INCLUDING A PARAMOUNT PROPERTIES (the new owners) EMPLOYEE!
There is a valet trash service, so residents leave their trash in bags all over the breezeways, oblivious to the pickup schedule, and the dumpsters frequently overflow.
If you decide to move here, or, God forbid, buy one of the units as a condo, be prepared to have no attention whatsoever paid to your needs or complaints.
Enjoy the cosmetic facelift, because at this place, it's symbolism over substance every time!

PS-- Just an example of the lack of professionalism on the part of the staff: when I (foolishly) renewed my lease last year, I found a few errors in the paperwork. I pointed these out to the manager, who simply said, "This is a standard form which we use at all our properties." I explained that it was a legal document, and should reflect what was happening here, and she just smirked at me, and didn't say a word. Very unprofessional, very uncaring. -- abo_rh
