i lived in oasis from mid 2008 to mid 2009 HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

starting with the staff inside the office (the people who fix stuff were nice)they were jerks they had two staff inside office there and the main manager if you are moving signing the contract in the first visit is nice but if you got problems with something in the unit she is a b...t then the other staff person that the only thing she cares is her paycheck because after that nothing matter to her.

the water bill its ridiculous they measure i guess for the whole building and then divided so if you have a big family i guess i will work for you but if it is you and your spouse haha its like 70$ bill!!! and nothing you can do about it since the water bill comes from the office not from the utilities company.

drunk people often yelling or fighting on the lakes at 2 or 3 am in the morning don't be surprised by that.

parking DO NOT BUY THE COVERED PARKING somebody else will take it and office care less....

and then its hard to park close to your unit since people have more than 3 cars in there (even though they only accept 2 max).

office often out no where will leave you a note on the door that you did something they can even prove and charge you penalties usually $100 an up, and a lot young people leave there they go rent a unit and then you see like 9 of them living in there and office care less....dont go there or you will remember each one of these stuff and this is only the stuff i remember right now im sure if i think harder i get a bigger essay....

p.s when your lease end dont bother to call for your original deposit you would not see it back and if they have an offer running for the units cheaper than for what you rent does not apply to to you.
