I had no problems living in these apartments. The area has a bad reputation, but they have cleaned it up tremendously and I have not seen anything to suggest otherwise. I stayed there until I bought a house. I had my own business and went to college part time. Some people do have valid complaints I am sure but some people just don't like what happens and figure they need to complain and this is the only way to do it!
