Bayshore landing is a very old community. It is now more known as one of the several Naples Place Apts.
Maintenance is friendly and somewhat prompt. Management is friendly also and somewhat understanding.
If you're a stickler on noise...this DEFINATELY is NOT the place for you! It is predominantly a Spanish community and often their music is played quite loudly. However, the sound construction of the buildings are fantastic. You hardly hear the outdoor music until you step outside your door. Depending on what you like, however this is not such a bad thing. Too many places are so extremely strict about noise etc that you find it hard to really "live" in and about your apt. Here you will see and hear children playing, balls bouncing, laughing, singing and many celebrations of their culture and our Holidays. The way life used to be before all the so called "associations" took over. It brings my heart joy to see a child playing basketball or laughing on a tree swing. At least we know those children aren't looking for other possibly bad things to do. Also there are several ducks. Some may not like these and think they're a nuisance. If that is you...look on. The appearance isn't the Tajmahall and it isn't as clean as Pelican Bay but here people are friendly and they "live" here. The parking is sufficient and as long as you're not prejudiced there is a safe feeling among neighbors here and they tend to look out for each other. The worst thing about this place perhaps is the plumbing. We currently are having an ongoing problem with the outdoor clean outs overflowing. This problem is being addessed. On site however there is a limited playground a tree swing, a basketball hoop, tetherball, pool and laundry facilities. With 2 br, 1 1/2 baths, new flooring...what more can you really expect these days for 750.00 a month'
