i have only lived here for a few months and i have had more problems than all of the communities i have lived in. From day one i have made complaints about water damage to my kitchen floors, the sink disposal system not working and smells moldy, my dishwasher did not work at all and was grimy on the inside and also sat with water in it for 2 months. my fridge has been freezing over and then melts during the day for the past 4 weeks which is causing my food to go bad and water to leak from the fridge and freezer... again i have made several complaints about that. there were holes in the doors and stained carpets. my bathroom sink leaked for a straight month.My sons bedroom window seal leaks and pours in water when it rains.
the staff here is horrible, once you make a complaint they just sit there and brush it off their shoulders, like its not a big deal that the building looks as if it could collapse any minute now. Don't listen to the property manager!!!! She will lie out of her ass if it means you will get out of her face, kinda like " Oh, they still haven't fixed that, well I'll just have to drag their asses up there after they are done with this 10 minute job" So you go on about your day (i.e. go to work or go do your daily chores, errands etc...) only to come home and find that things still have not been fixed and your problem only gets worse from there. This is a low income community but i don't think its fair to live under such poor conditions, management and maintenance.
oh i also failed to mention that all of the appliances have been in this apartment since this place was built and i know its true b/c Ingrid V. and the old maintenance has told me so. the children are rude here and do not give a damn if they cause damage to your property but i guess they have no where else to go b/c the playground is filled with broken glass, trash and the playground equipment has been rigged together with pieces of wire to hold broken items together. overall i rate this apartment community a negative 10. If you have a choice and a brain you will not move in here.

Wow, my friend just moved in yesterday and she had same problems already with water ... I was going to rent there but seems to be the worse place in town!!!!
