When my boyfriend and I decided to move here, we were excited and eager to make "naples best kept secret" our home. We had no clue that the sex offenders were the Best kept secret(s). AND PARENTS DO NOT LET YOUR CHILDREN (ESPECIALLY GIRLS) GO TO THE POOL UNATTENDED!!! THERE IS ONE GUY THAT LURKS AROUND ALL DAY WHO STARES AT THE CHILDREN WHO ARE INNOCENTLY ENJOYING THE AFTERNOON, THEN HE "MAJICALLY APPEARS" WITH LAUNDRY AFTER SITTING IN THE SAME SPOT STARING AT THE CHILDREN FOR THREE HOURS!!!!! ONLY TO "WASH HIS CLOTHES" TO BE ABLE TO SPEND MORE TIME ENGAGING IN PEDOPHILIA LIKE ACTIVITIES WHEN HE LIVES NEXT TO THE SECOND LAUNDRY FACILITY. The apartments are overrun! They just throw people in here before the previous renters even have a chance to leave a smoke trail. They boast all these ammentities when they have none. They boasts ceiling fanS, when there is one off-centered in the living room, but if you buy one, they will install it, but how long would that take'''' They are no parking spaces whatsoever. You can never find a spot in front of your building. They pool is always dirty with leaves, debris, bugs, and dirty unattended children. When it rains, they street floods and you have to basically float to wherever you need to get. The "Beautiful Golf Course Views" are horrible. It floods, is currently full of water from the rain and is now the home of mosquitos, dragonflys, and stench. They pipes are old and bang, creak, and rattle when you try to use your kitchen sink. The appliances are older than I am and I'm 25! The buildings are old and the "nice big balconies" are big, but hardly nice, the wood is old and dirty. PLEASE do not attempt to hange anything on your walls because the studs are far and few between. Your neighbors can hear you fart and sneeze! The trash compactor is horrifying. They allow the trash to pile up and sit outside the compactor instead of compacting it when there are maintenence people on staff that live here!!! And the "fitness center"''' Dont get me started on the "fitness center" it's two treadmills (ones broken) a stationary bike and weight training equipment that doesnt move!!!!! The management was nice in the beginning, but aren't all CON ARTISTS!!!!! Did I mention that the aparments are so dusty because the air conditioners are so old that the piping bursts and leaks water all over your carpets and then they dont want to give you your deposit back'''' The apartments are worth what you pay for around here. Look on one of the apartment guides and look at the virtual tour, oh yeah that's right, THEY DONT HAVE ONE BECAUSE THE APARTMENTS ARE CRAP-TACULAR!!! Hell they dont even have cheap pictures of one of them on the inside!!!!
