I wish to apologize for that horrible review, it is 100% unfounded. It's more than likely from someone who didn't read their lease and got in trouble with money.

On a serious note, the community is one of those "best kept secrets", well used to be. The secret of this community of apartments is out, and due to the demand the rent in our complex is going up. Which stinks, but it's still in the "middle class" area where teachers like me can afford to live away from the ghetto.

Belvedere is quiet, safe and attractive. It has a style to it, and despite being built in 1980, many updates have occured after building codes' revamping from major hurricanes. After personally living in this apartment through Hurricane Charley (and the backlash from Ivan, Jeanne and Frances), there were no structural damages aside from landscaping mess. Which, to note, was picked up within a week.

The apartment inside is spacious and the appliances work in good order. I've never had one problem with any of my appliances. I have no problems with mold, mildew or bugs. I've seen maybe one roach in the year I've lived here, and being on the ground floor it'll happen from time to time. Rugs are clean, maintanaince is prompt to fix any issues. Fire alarms are tested frequently for our safety.

Management team knows all residents by name and are very pleasant. If you follow your lease, you'll have no issues. The pool area is clean as is the laundry room. Any pool, will have leaves in it from time to time, and the pool crew cleans it frequently.

Overall, I've enjoyed my stay in this comfortable and safe community. I look forward to moving to a city where you dont have to have millions to enjoy yourself, however this apartment was at least a great place to call home. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
