Nice clean place to live

I have lived here for 10 years and I love it. I have never had a problem that the maintenance didn't fix within a day or two. This place is 20 years old and you would not be able to tell. The office guys tony and mike are very nice and the maintenance guys alvin and larry are great. It is very quiet and kept up nice and their rents are great for this area. With the rents and housing prices going out of control in naples it's nice to see a good place that's not income restricted or in the ghetto keep their rents low
