Last year this place had a really relaxing environment to come home to. Then came a staffing change. The one lady, Shelby, is still here. She is friendly and always so helpful. Then came a new manager, April. She is well, let's just say she is the opposite of Shelby. This might be why not many units here are owned or rented out. I'm sure April runs them away with her personality and her obvious signs that you are a bother to her and she has no intention of listening to your concerns. Altho its the same property, she allows owners to do one thing and fusses if the renters do the same. She discrimanates against us renters and treats us as second class but yet treats the owners as if they are her best friends. Many of us who work and come home to relax are talking of finding a new place. It's definately not worth what you pay here. Now, even Shelby, who treated everyone the same, has left working at this place. That may be a sign.

April is always responsive, attentive to my needs and always has a smile on her face. I believe the comments posted are those of one individual and are not how the majority of the residents at Belvedere feel. There always seems to be a small group of people who like to stir the pot at any community. You'll notice that Shelby is no longer there and April is leading the community in the right direction.

Disclosure of my identity is not a concern yet a confirmation of thee above concern and lack of quality customer service. We all know any negative comments on review pages like this will be reviewed by management and per protocol is instructed to post positive responses to all derogitory comments regarding the mentioned property.I must agree with the original comment regarding such property originally owned by South Street Holdings now ? Last I checked property transactions within our county,well they are in limbo. Never the less, I signed my lease because I was so impressed with Shelby and was sad when I heard she was let go. Customer service is the heart and gut of any sucessfull business.Without star customer service any newly aquired entity(investmest purchase)should just as well assume a large financial loss or worst possibly bankrupcy for company which includes Investors which who invested in property when the mark began to take. HOW hard is it to work with your long term residents who has has fallen uponhard times due to economical difficulties and as a result are strained by their rent of $1000 !! I have noticed while walking along back (golf coarse view)at least 20 vacant residences??? It would only make sense to be open to negotiate with such residents at $1000 than risk default due to them giving up!!! Rental at X is something verses $0, u still profit!! Bad reputation spreads quicker than good!!
