I have lived in more apartments than I can count, and these are the nicest I've seen in my price range. Everything is brand new, and the appliances, fixtures, flooring, and cabinets are top notch. As with most apartments or condos, you can hear some neighbors once in awhile. But unless a building has super thick concrete walls, that's inevitable. I haven't met many of my neighbors, but everyone looks normal and those I have talked to are nice. The exterior hallways are cleaned I think weekly, and everything is very tidy. There aren't any scary people around, and I feel comfortable walking at night. Any maintenance issues I have had have been addressed promptly. It's a nice area, the beach is close by, and Publix is right around the corner. Overall, a great place, I would recommend it to anyone.
