My entire family is counting the days until our lease agreement ends! We have had to deal with rudeness beyond belief from the staff! Complete disregard for our privacy (staff walking into our apartment w/ the power company or exterminators- unannounced and refusing to reschedule when asked to do so.) This makes me very nervous about the snooping which may be going on while we are at work!

They are GREAT while "selling" you the fact that they were voted # 1 in Naples (numbers can always be manipulated) and after they get your deposit, they drop the ball with no concern about any problems you may encounter. They are rude and never follow through if you have a problem.

I highly advise you ask around before signing a lease with this community!
