I think some of these people that have been giving bad reviews have a serious mental problem & would have something bad to say about a beautiful day at the beach. I have lived at Bermuda Island for over two years & I told a friend in NY how wonderful it has been for me here. She was really shocked to hear all the bad comments that she had read when she finally got a chance to see it for herself. The management has always been super friendly and helpful & the maintance always come out in a jiffy(always with adaquate notice...you know there coming when you make the maintance request don't you' What other notice do I need.) I've never had bugs...maybe because I don't live like a slob. Do me a favor, when reading these ugly opinions just imagine what exactly that person's personality is and that they probably would have something negative to say about everything. While living here I've come across the occasional "I have nothing else better in life to do but complain" and you know what' Everyone that has a positve attitude was counting the days to see a moving truck come to their apartment. In conclusion, in the community thatI have called home for two years has gates that work, spotless grounds, friendly management & reliable maintanance...trust me!!
