Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
After only 3 mos. I am counting the days to my lease is up. Maintenance requests have been an ongoing problem and now with a new tenant upstairs we are inundated with german cockroaches. The insulation in these buildings must have been overlooked as the noise from above is insufferable. Replies from management have been totally inadequate. Avoid this complex at all costs.
