For the amount of money you will spend living in Bermuda Island, save it!!! You would expect that the more you pay the higher the quality of the property you would live in. Not the case with Bermuda Island. At first they told residents that they were not going to renew leases and that you could move out without penalty then they said just kidding. You have 2 weeks to deside if you want to live here. Then less than a month later you are living on a construction site. Scalfling all around your building, hammers banging, and the lovely construction crew becoming your neighbors with little respect to the tenents actually paying to live there. Top dollar does not mean top quality with this property, save yourself some grief move to someplace that you will get respect.

Management would like to say that we are not happy when a resident is unhappy. The information about the offers above are incorrect--the new management at least since March has not asked anyone to leave--in fact has offered renewals at a renovation price. Some apartments are up to $200 under market rate during construction. Our new move ins are also receiving concessions while we renovate our community.
