Rats!

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008
 
I went to tour this community and as the leasing agent was showing us the grill we were all startled by a humungous rat! It was absolutely horrifying. She claimed that "this is florida and there are rats everywhere" I have lived in Florida for almost 23 years and have never seen a rat. This place needs pest control.
