Initial visit wonderful, now living here is a pain and getting worse

Moved in in July and everything "seemed" wonderful, nice architecture, nice floorplan layouts and interior styling. Parking was never a problem, and noise wasn't an issue. Now that new neighbors have moved in, the paper thin walls everyone has commented on previously became apparent. Parking is now horrible and have to find a spot a few buildings away, with my wife being pregnant, this is a tremendous hassle.
Since the beginning of March our pool has been closed due to a "broken filter". I had called three weeks ago to find out when the pool would be reopened. I was advised that it should take a week. Now going on a month and a half with no pool I called again, and was told it should be open again in about "two weeks" after receiving a call two weeks ago letting me know that our pool would be open again in "two weeks". Since the first call I have had two guests from out of state come and stay with us, and have not had use of the pool. I inquired about them rerating our rent due to this and got a "no", as if it was even rediculous to ask that.
In addition to not being able to use the pool, the free car wash is no longer free, and the machine that you have to use is located in such a way that the hoses slam or slide along your car when you are trying to wash/rinse the opposite side of car. Also get used to every buildings garbage can being overloaded with tenants trash because they are too lazy to take it to the dumpster.
We have also received a letter letting us know that our Property Management company has filed for bankruptcy. We will also lose our deposit if we don't respond to a very confusing court document with very confusing instructions on how to secure our initial deposit.
If you plan on living here, good luck and keep in mind that you will start looking for another place to live when your lease expires.
