Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
They keep the lawn nice but thats about it. Paper thin floors and walls. The pool hasn't been open in 7 weeks and the jacuzzi has not been working for 6 months after repeated reminders. It appears that after going bankrupt in Jan. they will only accept money, not spend it.
