Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
That was the longest 13 months (yes, rent is 1 year 1 month). Never had hot water despite numerous maintenance calls but did have heat all the time in the apartment as the AC could not keep up. All my neighbors smoked so I couldn't enjoy the porch and I lived above "vampires" who partied at night. If they weren't home a dog was kept out on another porch 24/7. Barked out a loniless all the time. Mgt. never addressed complaints. Upgrades were cosmetic. New appliances but water damaged to cabinets.
