My husband and my two children moved in to College Park in the first part of June 2007. We had gone to three or four places prior to coming here and the places were nice I guess, but the people there were very vague and short when speaking to us in regards to moving there. We were pleasantly surprised by how friendly the girls at College Park were the first time we walked in. They listened to all our concerns and answered all questions we had. We were not rushed through anything-I, as well as my husband, felt like we mattered and that the staff at College Park truly cared about us as people and we were only in the beginning stages of the normal paperwork process. I now have a place I truly call HOME, a clean and safe place for my boys to play and to grow up. We love the peace and quiet-we are on the second floor and I rarely hear my neighbors which was a pleasant surprise. I have had very few service issues, but they were taken care of promptly and fixed the right way the first time. I sometimes see the girls from the office out on the property in the evening and they always stop and talk to me, not only as a resident but also as a friend. I would recommend College Park to anyone I know and even those I don't. It is absolutely a great place to call home.
