STAY AWAY MANAGEMENT RUNS THIS PLACE LIKE A MAFIA, A LOT OF DRUNK MEN HANGING AROUND, NOT SAFE, POLICE ARE ALLWAYS CALLED TO THE PREMISES, DIRTY

Management ALWAYS polite, friendly, and very professional. Never had a problem in 4 years. Seen police maybe 3x over domestic dispute. Given the number of residents who live here thats quite low. Gounds are always being painted, cleaned, new plants,and grass mowed. grounds maintained all day. I see the whole staff working diligently and hard everyday to make Coral Palms a nice neigborhood to live in. Safe? Police Dept. is across the street!
