Revised opinion of "we love it here"

We don't love it here so much anymore. Recently there has been a change of management with the Enclave. With new management inevitably comes change. First, all of the staff we were used to & enjoyed either quit or were fired. Usual mantainence is not done in a timely manner anymore, or if at all. Some maintenance calls we have made have been totally ignored. We've noticed more people have moved in & have brought all of their cars with them. We have a neighbor that has at least 4 cars & they park them all outside the front of the apt, AND can't seem to get their vehicles parked between the white lines. Management does nothing about this. Then, we noticed other "extras" that made this such a nice community to live in start to dissappear. Valet trash company was changed. Our trash can doesn't fit well where the other one used to be, & 13 gal bags DO NOT fit in them. We sometimes wonder if the trash people will ever come to pick the trash up at night. Trash is almost always still sitting outside of our door at 11pm or later & we have to leave the can outside all night because we go to bed. Second, they have hired a new landscaping company. They do only half the job. Cut only parts of the lawn & trim the bushes without any care. Looks really messy & cheaper than the previous company they used before this new management. Another issue is they hired new pest control to spray around the apartments. I started noticing "Keep off of the grass" signs around the property when I walk my dog. Used to be, the previous pest control company used "pet friendly" pesticides, if there is such a thing. But, I never worried about where I could or could not walk my dog before now. Being a pet friendly community, I would think the management would take this into consideration. The manager must not have a pet... Anyway, we have become more & more disappointed in the Enclave, especially for the almost $1300 a month we pay for it. We won't be here much longer at this rate.
