I moved to these apartments because they were beautiful and they came recommended. We WERE happy until management started changing. Now after 2 years, work orders go unrepaired, multiple families living in a one bedroom apartment with 3 vehicles that are all parked out front. Management selectively enforces lease rules. The current manager allows non-hadicapped people park in handicap spaces as long as no one is already parked there. Christmas decorations on your balcony are frowned upon. Instead of calling tenants about minor problems, they would rather stick a 7 day notice on your door. If you live on the second or third floor, they will leave the flyers on the base of the flight of stairs. My trash has never been picked up and I have quit leaving it out and take it myself. The management frequently approves people that are not qualified so they move in several couples in one home. They would prefer that law enforcement not live there. Have you ever heard of a community that doesn't want police officers living in their community' I have been living here for 2 years and are glad that it is finally over. I have so many complaints that I could go on for a very long time. My only advice...DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!
