Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
Not only have I been "evicted" three times for not paying my rent, which of course I did (they lost my check once and posted my rent to the wrong account twice), getting this place to respond to a maintenance call is like pulling teeth.
I once went for five days without hot water. Despite calling five times, I never received an explanation or apology. The same was the case when my smoke detector's battery was running out of juice and beeped every two minutes. I had to call maintenance because I have vaulted ceilings, but they didn't show up for four days. Once again, no explanation or apology.
Plus, I pay for a gated community, yet the gates haven't worked for more than two weeks at a time since I moved in.
And finally, this place changes personnel more often than most people change underwear.
